Responsibilities
Provide general clerical and administration support to the team
Assist in organizing property sales launches, customer events and document works
Assist to prepare regular reports; update and maintain filing system
Handle internal and external correspondence / memos
Participate in sales related activities
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
DSE / HKCEE or above
At least 1 years of relevant experience
Experience gained from Real Estate / Retail / Banking industries is an advantage
Self-motivated, willing to learn, attentive to details, responsible and able to work under pressure
A team player with positive attitude
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in MS office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
Good commands of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Fresh graduates will also be considered
