Manager, Partnerships & Strategic Accounts | EdTech

As the company expands its global presence, it is seeking a strategic Partnerships Manager to drive impactful collaborations, foster growth, and enhance our influence in the EdTech industry.
The Partnerships Manager will drive the development and execution of strategic partnerships to fuel business growth and expand our reach in the EdTech sector. You will focus on building and nurturing high-value corporate relationships, creating innovative programs, and managing end-to-end partnership cycles. This role demands a proactive, results-driven professional with expertise in business development, partnership management, or account management, ideally within EdTech, recruitment, executive training, or consultancy sectors.
Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and secure new business and partnership opportunities with corporates (B2B) to expand the companys EdTech ecosystem.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (executives, HR leaders, and other stakeholders) across targeted corporations and partners.
Negotiate and design innovative, customized programs with new and existing partners to align with business objectives and deliver mutual value.
Manage the complete partnership cycle, from prospecting and pitching to deal closure and post-partnership support, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Handle business and legal documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper management in line with company standards.
Create compelling sales pitches, presentations, proposals, and other materials to effectively communicate the value of partnerships to prospective and existing clients.
Leverage data-driven insights and market trends to identify partnership opportunities, optimize strategies, and strengthen the company's competitive positioning in the EdTech market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of partnership initiatives.
Monitor and report on partnership performance, using KPIs and analytics to drive continuous improvement and maximize impact.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or account management, ideally within EdTech, recruitment, executive training, or consultancy sectors.
Proven track record of securing partnerships and driving revenue growth through strategic B2B collaborations in fast-paced environments.
Strong expertise in negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence and inspire senior executives and decision-makers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in verbal and written Business English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a high-pressure, deadline-driven setting.
Growth-oriented mindset, with high adaptability to change and a passion for education and technology.
Proficiency in CRM platforms, analytics tools, and presentation software to support partnership development and performance tracking.
