Job descriptionHigh Diploma or above with working experience in Human Resources area is preferred Min. 3 years of experience in HR supporting role Good team player with an outgoing personality. Enjoy meeting people of different backgrounds at all levels Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Good knowledge of MS Office (Word / Excel) Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
Our client is a Chinese partially state-owned multinational banking and financial services corporation , who seeking for an HR Officer to support their operation.
Responsibilities :
- Provide administration support throughout the end to end employee life cycle process (including but not limited to C&B, onboarding, job movement, talent / performance management, year end process, offboarding, etc)
- Prepare full set of employment documents and follow-up all logistics arrangements
- Handle general enquiries from internal / external parties
- Provide general administrative support to the team and perform ad-hoc assignments
