Our client is a Chinese partially state-owned multinational banking and financial services corporation , who seeking for an HR Officer to support their operation.
Responsibilities :
- Provide administration support throughout the end to end employee life cycle process (including but not limited to C&B, onboarding, job movement, talent / performance management, year end process, offboarding, etc)
- Prepare full set of employment documents and follow-up all logistics arrangements
- Handle general enquiries from internal / external parties
- Provide general administrative support to the team and perform ad-hoc assignments
Requirements :
High Diploma or above with working experience in Human Resources area is preferredMin. 3 years of experience in HR supporting roleGood team player with an outgoing personality.
