The Exchange Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Product Specialist is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing the exchange's Business Continuity Plan. This ensures the continuous operation of critical business functions during any disruption event. They collaborate with cross-departmental teams to assess risks, design mitigation measures, and guarantee the effectiveness of the Business Continuity Plan
- Develop and maintain the exchange's Business Continuity Plan, including disaster recovery and emergency response plans.
- Identify and assess risks that may impact exchange operations, including technical failures, market volatility, and external events.
- Design and implement risk mitigation measures to reduce the impact of potential disruptions.
- Organize and conduct training and drills for the Business Continuity Plan, ensuring all employees understand their roles and responsibilities in emergency situations.
- Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure the comprehensiveness and effectiveness of the Business Continuity Plan.
- During a disruption event, be responsible for communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination to maintain the exchange's reputation and customer trust.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Emergency Management, Computer Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CBCP, CBPRP) is preferred.Over 5 years of experience in product manager or related roles focused on risk control or business continuity planning within the financial services industry.Familiarity with the business rules of the cryptocurrency exchange domain and accumulated experience in managing common risk scenarios.Possess a foundational understanding of system architecture, with the ability to deliver highly productized business solutions.Strong project management skills and cross-departmental collaboration capabilities.High sense of responsibility for the stable operation of business and systems.Possess systematic thinking skills, adept at analyzing potential risk control issues within business processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English as a working language.
