What you’ll do

• Handle day-to-day property operations
• Assist in providing quality property management services in a residential property
• Manage good relationship with tenants / owners, communicate and handle enquiries & requests in a professional manner
• Liaise with internal and external parties to provide smooth operation in daily management
• Handle service requests and complaints and follow up on progress
• Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned
