We are currently looking for a Property Officer to join our Portfolio Team in Hong Kong’s largest outlet mall – Citygate Outlets. It is a perfect destination for Shopping, dining and entertainment experience. Our Portfolio Management team is professional in leasing and management of a comprehensive development comprises retail, office and carparking, and providing quality services to our tenants and creating added value for our investments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate tenants’ fitting out matters and day-to-day operation
• Prepare leasing and tenancy documentation
• Handle tenants’ enquiries and complaints effectively and to maintain good relations with tenants
• Prepare regular reports for management review
