Job descriptionDegree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related discipline. 1+ year of hands-on experience with Tableau dashboard development and maintenance. Basic knowledge of SQL; Python or ETL experience is a plus but not mandatory. Good communication skills in English; Cantonese and / or Mandarin a plus. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Update, maintain, and enhance existing Tableau dashboards to meet evolving business needs.
- Work with internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into clear dashboard improvements.
- Perform minor SQL queries or Python scripting for data preparation and troubleshooting.
- Monitor live dashboards for performance and accuracy, implementing small fixes as required.
- Collaborate with business users to ensure reports and dashboards are clear, accurate, and actionable.
- Maintain documentation of dashboard changes and improvements.
