Bachelors degree in information technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline from an accredited university.
10+ years of professional experience in IT, including :
5+ years in business analysis roles, and 3+ years in a lead role managing HR technology applications.
Proven experience with one or more major HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft).
Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, reporting, and issue analysis.
Solid understanding of core HR functional areas such as Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation, and Learning.
Experience with relational databases, data modeling, and ETL processes.
Exposure to reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel Power Query.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse, cross-functional, and global stakeholder groups.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel up to 10% as required.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Hands-on experience in solution design, architecture, and software development, including participation in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Development experience with low-code platforms and Microsoft technologies.
Practical experience in implementing industry-standard HRIS solutions
