We are looking
for someone who :
- Bachelors degree in information technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline from an accredited university.
- 10+ years of professional experience in IT, including :
- 5+ years in business analysis roles, and 3+ years in a lead role managing HR technology applications.
- Proven experience with one or more major HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft).
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, reporting, and issue analysis.
- Solid understanding of core HR functional areas such as Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation, and Learning.
- Experience with relational databases, data modeling, and ETL processes.
- Exposure to reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel Power Query.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse, cross-functional, and global stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as required.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Hands-on experience in solution design, architecture, and software development, including participation in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).Development experience with low-code platforms and Microsoft technologies.Practical experience in implementing industry-standard HRIS solutions
