Reporting to Express Centre Officer, you will be responsible for ServicePoint operations and provision of quality customer services to our customers.
Responsibilities :
Handle and maintain daily ServicePoint operations, including queue management, drop-off shipment and collection handling, shipment check, payment collection, etc.Handle enquiries of walk-in customers and provide quality customer services to win happy customers with high satisfaction and loyaltyGenerate revenue through upselling and cross-selling of cash shipment and, value-added services or referrals to appropriate sales teamsIntroduce sales promotional programs to walk-in customers or through calls when neededperform general clerical support such as data entry, reporting etc.Support ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned by superiorRequirements :
HKALE / HKDSE or equivalent with full certificateExperience in retail / counter services is an advantageService mindset and good adaptability skillsEffective interpersonal, good communication and telephone handling skillsGood command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)Familiar with PC skillsWilling to perform shift duty and occasionally travel between ServicePointsImmediate available or short-time notice is highly preferred
