Job Responsibilities :
- Perform a wide range of HR duties, including talent acquisition & retention, performance management, policy review and employee relations
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and programs and handle employment issues related to labour cases and equal opportunity disputes
- Provide routine support to various HR initiatives and ad hoc projects
- Provide administrative support in the HR reporting and data analysis as required
- Work closely with the clubhouse teams to ensure all the reports and documents are submitted in a timely manner
- Managing the calendar / diary activity, including coordinating meetings and minutes-taking
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the management
- Perform market intelligence studies to keep abreast of the recreation development trends and market needs
- Coordinate with various teams within the company and external partners to accomplish project tasks
- Coordinate employee relations activities
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements :
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline, preferably with formal secretarial trainingMinimum 5 years’ relevant experience and working experience from hospitality or customer service industry, preferably gained in sizable companiesWell-versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related employment regulationsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with people of all levelsA good team player and able to handle multiple tasks and work independentlyResponsible, well-organized and detail-mindedGood command of both written and spoken English and ChineseProficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word ProcessingImmediate availability is preferredWe offer an attractive remuneration package with fringe benefits to the right candidate, such as :
