Job Role
Shift duties required from 08 : 00 - 17 : 00 hrs. / 14 : 30 - 23 : 30 hrs
Handle all incoming calls to solve guest enquiries
Communicate with related colleagues to ensure guest requests are in prompt and accurate manner
Prepare monthly reports
Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Department Head
Compensation and other Benefits
5-day work week + 17 days Public Holidays + 9 working hours per day
