Job Role
- Shift duties required from 08 : 00 - 17 : 00 hrs. / 14 : 30 - 23 : 30 hrs
- Handle all incoming calls to solve guest enquiries
- Communicate with related colleagues to ensure guest requests are in prompt and accurate manner
- Prepare monthly reports
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Department Head
