Job descriptionLead CRM initiatives to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Utilize customer data and insights to personalize marketing efforts and enhance customer retention. Ensure a cohesive brand experience across all channels, including online, in-store, and mobile platforms. Collaborate with sales and merchandising teams to create integrated campaigns that enhance the customer journey. Lead the analytics team to assess customer data and payment methods, optimizing marketing strategies accordingly. Ensure that insights derived from analytics inform decisions in media planning. Oversee media planning, focusing on platforms such as Google and Meta. Collaborate with media partners to ensure campaigns are effectively targeted and measurable. Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that resonate with health and beauty consumers. Build and maintain relationships with relevant influencers and brands, coordinating with the team to enhance visibility and engagement. Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing marketing team, ensuring alignment across all functions. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the marketing department. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Monitor expenditures and adjust strategies to stay within budget while achieving goals. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Masters degree preferred. Proven experience in marketing and CRM within the health and beauty retail sector. Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies and digital marketing tools. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights. Demonstrated leadership and team management experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The Head of CRM, Analytics, and Media will lead the strategic development and execution of comprehensive marketing initiatives. This role focuses on enhancing customer engagement, driving sales, and ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience across all platforms. The successful candidate will also coordinate with various teams to manage key areas such as analytics, media planning, and influencer marketing.
