Job Description
The French Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong is recruiting for its team, a
Marketing & Digital Communication Manager, who will be responsible for designing and implementing the strategic road map of online & offline communication channels to promote FCCIHK ecosystem and business services.
The person will work closely with all departments of the Chamber.
JOB DIMENSION
- To create content and lead the implementation with regards to the Chamber’s various activities, services, and dedicated platforms across different formats (website, social media, newsletters, videos, brochure, banners…)
- To build and roll up the Chamber’s external communication strategic plan through an editorial calendar
- To conceive and implement efficient online and offline marketing actions to increase members acquisition and loyalty.
- To drive advertising revenue for digital channels / print for the Chamber
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation and Communication
Act as gatekeeper and final pair of eyes on all external French Chamber communications, ensuring consistency and qualityEnsure communication guidelines of the Chamber are followed when producing visuals (digital, print, display), media content (videos) and publications (interviews, articles, testimonials…)To be responsible for the Chamber’s editorial and advertisingTo draft and write various communications including but not limited to press releases, editorials, social media posts as well as high-level public speechesTo oversee the Website content in conjunction with all departments.To manage PR and press relations, build relationships with key stakeholders in Hong Kong’s business ecosystem, representing the Chamber at high level functions where necessaryStay up to date with business trends in Hong Kong to best shape the Chamber’s communications accordingly.Marketing
Build relationships with French Chamber members to understand their needs bestTo develop and manage the French Chamber social media visibility with a proper segmentation plan and producing content and curating the editorial calendar.To analyze marketing activities results and adopt corrective actions though data analyticsTo create, adapt, improve and optimize web communication for SEO and organic and keyword searchOversee the publications budget, including both print and online advertisingAdvertising
To identify opportunities and new ways to develop communication revenueTo promote the Media Kit towards online and offline channels.Requirements
Excellent knowledge of English (both speaking and writing). French is a plus.Degree in marketing, communications and / or mediaMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing and data analytics, preferably in BtoB / institutional communicationsSkills in InDesign and Photoshop; basic skills in IllustratorStrong time management and project management abilitiesAttention to detailExperience in working across departments / with multiple teamsHighly motivated, quick learner, self –starterTeam-spiritRequirements
