WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING : Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand voice, tone, and style guidelines Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to craft copy that supports the user journey and meets business goals Write clear, concise, and user-centered copy for all digital touchpoints, including websites, mobile apps, emails, and social media Conduct research and analysis to inform copy decisions, including user testing, competitive analysis, and industry best practices Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance Work with cross-functional teams to ensure all copy is aligned with marketing, legal, and regulatory guidelines   WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR : Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field 3+ years of experience as a copywriter, preferably in a UX or digital marketing environment Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent writing skills and ability to write for diverse audiences Experience working in an Agile development environment Experience with user testing and research methodologies Excellent communication and collaboration skills   WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN US : We provide training for newcomers to understand industry best practices.
