Vice President Compliance Advisory (Commercial Banking)

Responsibilities

• Reporting into the Head ofpliance, the VPpliance Manager will take on apliance advisory role to internal business stakeholders to ensurepliance with statutory and regulatory requirements formercial Banking business
• Assist Department Head in preparing management reporting in identifying and management keypliance risks and trends of the bank's business
• Keep abreast of new regulatory developments related to the bank and update to relevant stakeholders on a timely basis.
• Collaborate withmercial Banking Business to develop and update policies and procedures in response to developments in applicable statutory and regulatory requirements
• Deliverpliance training and provide support to the team in ad-hoc projects and liaison with regulators I Audit.
