Job descriptionMinimum 3-year supervisory work experience in Club Floor / guest relations team of hotel industry. Diploma or above. Independent & confident to work under pressure. Good interpersonal skills. Good team player with excellent communication skills in both English & Chinese. Additional language would be an advantage. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Supervisor.
Job Summary
- Perform guest relations supervisory duties at The Langham Club or / and guest relations team including hotel guests check in & check out, greet VIP guests and monitor guest services at the Club Lounge.
- Enhance guest satisfaction with personalized guest services at luxury hotel.
- Handle guest comments and complaints with tact in accordance to the hotel’s policies and procedures;
- Promote hotel facilities & events including Health Club and F&B outlets;
- Provide on-the-job training to Colleagues; &
- Handle ad hoc projects assigned by the management.
