Job Summary

  • Perform guest relations supervisory duties at The Langham Club or / and guest relations team including hotel guests check in & check out, greet VIP guests and monitor guest services at the Club Lounge.
  • Enhance guest satisfaction with personalized guest services at luxury hotel.
  • Handle guest comments and complaints with tact in accordance to the hotel’s policies and procedures;
  • Promote hotel facilities & events including Health Club and F&B outlets;
  • Provide on-the-job training to Colleagues; &
  • Handle ad hoc projects assigned by the management.

Requirement .

  • Minimum 3-year supervisory work experience in Club Floor / guest relations team of hotel industry.
  • Diploma or above.
  • Independent & confident to work under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good team player with excellent communication skills in both English & Chinese.
  • Additional language would be an advantage.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Supervisor.
