Perform guest relations supervisory duties at The Langham Club or / and guest relations team including hotel guests check in & check out, greet VIP guests and monitor guest services at the Club Lounge.
Enhance guest satisfaction with personalized guest services at luxury hotel.
Handle guest comments and complaints with tact in accordance to the hotel’s policies and procedures;
Promote hotel facilities & events including Health Club and F&B outlets;
Provide on-the-job training to Colleagues; &
Handle ad hoc projects assigned by the management.
Requirement .
Minimum 3-year supervisory work experience in Club Floor / guest relations team of hotel industry.
Diploma or above.
Independent & confident to work under pressure.
Good interpersonal skills.
Good team player with excellent communication skills in both English & Chinese.
Additional language would be an advantage.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Supervisor.
