One of the renown luxury brand that owns retail chain stores in the region, is now seeking a HR director to join their professional team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver a full range of professional HR services including effective talent acquisition, learning and career development, compensation and motivation,performance management
- Implement initiatives to nurture the corporate cultural, values and disciplines to engage human resources of organization
- Lead and coach HR and Admin team to provide quality internal service
- Set human resources directions and strategies of talent development and retention
- Develop talent structures, HR systems and policies to align with needs of business and organization development
- Design effective learning & development strategies and plans to unleash talent potential and productivity
- Build a learning organization culture to enable people growth to meet business challenges
- Develop and design staff development policies and training programs including Management & Supervisory Development Programs for Corporate and Sales Skills & Competence Development Programs for Retail.
- Organize and follow up Annual Business Alignment Meetings for SBUs
Requirements
Degree or above in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalentAt least 12 years of HR experience preferably in retail sectorPossess strong facilitation and coaching skillsComputer literate in using digital and social technologiesPositive, continuously learning, strong capacity in problem-solvingHigh level of confidentiality, professionalism with exceptional interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency of written and spoken English and Mandarin.Willing to travel
