- Report directly to the CEO
- You will be leading a team and responsible for all round HR operation, such as Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and other HR projects.
- Plan, develop, and implement strategies and policies based on the company’s goals for organisational development and growth.
- Understand and execute the end-to-end HR needs of employees and managers
- Proactively provide professional advice to internal key stakeholders on HR best practices
- Collaborate with global HR on implementing global project occasionally
- Work collaboratively to improve efficiency and consistently execute all HR business processes

Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalentMinimum of 10 -15 years of related experience leading the human resources or talent andorganisational development functions in sizeable organisations
