The Point72 Compliance department is a team of compliance professionals that supports global investment and trading activities by establishing and enforcing the firm’s compliance policies, providing real-time advice, and conducting pre and post trade surveillance. Our team is essential to the success of Point72, and our compliance professionals are embedded in investment professional and investment services teams across the organization.

ABOUT THE COMPLIANCE INTERNSHIP

If you are interested in pursuing a career in compliance, this 10-week summer internship will provide you with valuable experience at a complex global firm. During your time with us, you will gain exposure to :

• Conducting project work on US regulation and assessment of listed company activities
• Interacting with traders and counterparties to resolve trading compliance matters
• Tracking pertinent regulatory changes in the region and assisting with the amendment of procedures and communication of the relevant changes
• Performance of due diligence reviews on trading counterparties
• Enforcing the firm’s Code of Ethics and personal trading programs
• Vetting third-party events in accordance with the firm’s research policies
• Assisting with ad-hoc compliance and legal tasks and projects
