• Must have considerable SaaS experience
• First rate customer skills and communication.
• Team leadership and mentoring skills and experience
• Strong technical skills and understanding of hosted web applications, SQL and various interfaces
• Project management experience would be useful
• Positive, ‘can do” attitude
• Experience / knowledge of ITIL
• Retail industry experience would be useful
• Insurance industry experience also beneficial
