Application Support Manager
Leading B2B supply chain software company with offices globally is looking to hire an Application support manager.
- Must have considerable SaaS experience
- First rate customer skills and communication.
- Team leadership and mentoring skills and experience
- Strong technical skills and understanding of hosted web applications, SQL and various interfaces
- Project management experience would be useful
- Positive, ‘can do” attitude
- Experience / knowledge of ITIL
- Retail industry experience would be useful
- Insurance industry experience also beneficial
