Job Responsibilities
Support senior management to prepare proposal to client via strategic project programme; responsible for developing process / services to support client requests and needs.To lead the full cycle of multiple projects.Provide support in assigning resources (dedicated or variable) to projects / programs.Interfaces directly with clients to define project requirements. Prepares scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, cash flow, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk migration plan.Proactive to drive the project execution and client liaison to a satisfaction level.Manage the expectation with stakeholders, project committee, landlords, developers, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.Accountable to ensure all functions remain on schedule, that issues get escalated and resolved, and that the program is completed successfully.Facilitates regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects (project pipeline). Collaborates with the core team to develop solutions and lead project through implementation and completion.Responsible for reporting status of individual and groups of projects and programs. Must be able to provide appropriate levels of detail, and be able to summarize complex issues succinctly.Manages the procurement and tender process based on client and project requirements.Provide advise to client including project finance, delivery strategy, procurement process.Manages internal and external relationships in support of program; vendors management.Manages and supervise construction activities, make sure the construction site comply with statutory regulations, health and safety standards, and follow the design.Manages a proper project close-out, including handover process, user acceptance and post-handover review, a full project documentation.Provide consultation on complex large scale projects that integrate into an organized program.To contribute in project business development initiatives and to support the internal teams.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications and Requirements
Higher Diploma and above in Building Studies, Building Services Engineering, Architecture, Engineering, Surveying, Interior Design or related discipline.Minimum of 12 to 15 years of Project Management or other related experience. Less experience can be considered as Project Manager.Proven experience in Building Services Engineering, Sustainability or related field is preferred.Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary project(s) from inception, completion and handover including claims and EOT assessment, etc.Strong client relationship management skills and business development experience. Less qualified can be considered as Project Manager.Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills, self-driven and vendor management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, AutoCAD.Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.Application
