This role focuses on supporting the Asia Pacific region with a strong emphasis on Greater China (Taiwan, Hong Kong and mainland China), and involves advising on a wide range of People-related legal matters, including compliance with anti-discrimination laws, overtime, disability and leave, performance management, contracts, diversity and inclusion, compensation, restrictive covenants, and independent contractor issues.
Key responsibilities include conducting or supporting internal misconduct investigations, advising on complex separations, managing employment litigation and regulatory audits, and contributing to strategic initiatives such as office openings, acquisitions, and workforce changes.
Operating in a fast-paced environment, this position requires agility and a proactive approach to problem-solving, while collaborating with stakeholders to address complex personnel and compliance challenges in a dynamic and evolving global context.
