My client, a global US bank is seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a background in Business Analysis to lead Agile squads in delivering impactful solutions. The ideal candidate will champion Agile values, facilitate ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support Product Owners in backlog refinement.
- Monitor squad performance using Agile metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Coach team members to embrace innovative methodologies and remove impediments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align squad goals with broader business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end project tasks, from feasibility studies to implementation support.
