Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of front office to ensure the highest standard of guest service is extended to all the guests.
  • Provide day to day leadership to teammates to achieve high standard of guest services with overall responsibility for achieving high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure front office staff provides guests with prompt service, professional attention and personal recognition.
  • Welcome VIPs, key accounts and known repeat guests on arrival. Provide assistance they require and bid farewell on departure. Ensure VIP guest history and arrival room / amenity arrangements are in good order.
  • Ensure staff is properly trained on systems, security, cash handling procedures and service quality.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in hotel management or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Front Office Department in a managerial role.
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
  • Strong leader and a proven record in guest and team member engagement.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin.
