Manage all aspects of front office to ensure the highest standard of guest service is extended to all the guests.
Provide day to day leadership to teammates to achieve high standard of guest services with overall responsibility for achieving high level of guest satisfaction.
Ensure front office staff provides guests with prompt service, professional attention and personal recognition.
Welcome VIPs, key accounts and known repeat guests on arrival. Provide assistance they require and bid farewell on departure. Ensure VIP guest history and arrival room / amenity arrangements are in good order.
Ensure staff is properly trained on systems, security, cash handling procedures and service quality.
Requirements
Degree holder in hotel management or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years' experience in Front Office Department in a managerial role.
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
Strong leader and a proven record in guest and team member engagement.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin.
