US IPO Paralegal | Top Int'l Law Firm | Hong Kong

Exciting opportunity with a top tier international law firm to join their corporate team. The successful candidate will be supporting legal operations and ensuring management of corporate transactional documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in M&A and US IPOs : Support lawyers in managing mergers and acquisitions, as well as US IPO processes, including due diligence, regulatory compliance, and transaction structuring.
• Legal Document Preparation and Execution : Draft, review, and organize key legal documents such as contracts, agreements, prospectuses, and regulatory filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
• Legal Research and Analysis : Conduct in-depth research on corporate and securities laws, regulatory requirements, and market trends to provide insights that support decision-making and legal strategies.
• Team Collaboration and Project Coordination : Work closely with lawyers, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless workflow, manage timelines, and ensure successful completion of transactions and legal projects.
