Job description

A worldwide information service provider is now seeking a senior network engineer to join their APAC team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities :

Participate in day-to-day systems administration / management activities.
Participate in problem resolution by tracking data and progress.
Interact with network services, software systems engineering to restore availability of services and / or identify problems.
Identify and propose system modifications on systems, databases, applications
Set up and configure test environments and ensuring accurate and timely provisioning.
Update existing training packages
Provide technical support on delivering product demos.
Participate in the problem review and process improvement
Acquire technical and product knowledge from internal and external resources to resolve problems.

Requirements :

Bachelor Degree holder of IT / Engineering or equivalent

Experience in a similar role would be an advantage but not a must

Good in communication skills

Strong analytic and assessment skills

Cisco knowledge is a must

Juniper and UNIX Scripting knowledge are an asset
