A worldwide information service provider is now seeking a senior network engineer to join their APAC team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities :
- Participate in day-to-day systems administration / management activities.
- Participate in problem resolution by tracking data and progress.
- Interact with network services, software systems engineering to restore availability of services and / or identify problems.
- Identify and propose system modifications on systems, databases, applications
- Set up and configure test environments and ensuring accurate and timely provisioning.
- Update existing training packages
- Provide technical support on delivering product demos.
- Participate in the problem review and process improvement
- Acquire technical and product knowledge from internal and external resources to resolve problems.
