Data Analyst Manager – Digital Transformation

We are seeking a Data Analyst Manager to join the Digital Transformation team in the banking industry. The ideal candidate will leverage data insights to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives. This role requires a strong business mindset, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Collaborate with frontline teams to gather insights from external applications and integrate data into internal systems.
• Utilize process mining techniques to visualize and analyze business processes, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align data insights with business goals and customer needs.
• Monitor the impact of implemented changes on operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital transformation and data analytics.
• Assist in the design and implementation of data strategies that support the bank's digital initiatives.
