Job descriptionDiploma or above in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the recycling or environmental services industry Customer-oriented with excellent communication & presentation skills Positive, self-motivated, and a good team player Proficiency in MS Office. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English. Shift duties to support Saturday / Sunday Immediate available preferred 8 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm 5 days work Shift duties need to support Saturday or Sunday
Responsibilities :
- Strong customer-focused approach to proactively identify and address clients' needs
- Provide excellent customer services and maintain good relationship with clients
- Handle and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate closely with the supervisor to provide relevant support for key customer requests
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Perform tasks as assigned based on business needs
