Job description
Responsibilities :
Strong customer-focused approach to proactively identify and address clients' needs
Provide excellent customer services and maintain good relationship with clients
Handle and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Collaborate closely with the supervisor to provide relevant support for key customer requests
Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently
Perform tasks as assigned based on business needs
Job Requirements :
Diploma or above in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the recycling or environmental services industry
Customer-oriented with excellent communication & presentation skills
Positive, self-motivated, and a good team player
Proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
Shift duties to support Saturday / Sunday
Immediate available preferred
Working Hour
8 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm
5 days work Shift duties need to support Saturday or Sunday
