Responsibilities :

  • Strong customer-focused approach to proactively identify and address clients' needs
  • Provide excellent customer services and maintain good relationship with clients
  • Handle and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate closely with the supervisor to provide relevant support for key customer requests
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently
  • Perform tasks as assigned based on business needs

Job Requirements :

  • Diploma or above in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the recycling or environmental services industry
  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Positive, self-motivated, and a good team player
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
  • Shift duties to support Saturday / Sunday
  • Immediate available preferred
  • Working Hour

  • 8 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm
  • 5 days work Shift duties need to support Saturday or Sunday
