We're now looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) specialist to join our team.

Tasks

CRO audits (quantitative, qualitative, heuristic analysis)
Translate data into hypotheses and test ideas
Plan, launch, and analyze A / B tests
Collaborate with design and development team
Report results and learnings to clients

Requirements

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

A / B testing tools (Convert, VWO, Varify)

Data analysis (GA4, Hotjar, survey tools)

Strong management and communication
