We're now looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) specialist to join our team.

Tasks

  • CRO audits (quantitative, qualitative, heuristic analysis)
  • Translate data into hypotheses and test ideas
  • Plan, launch, and analyze A / B tests
  • Collaborate with design and development team
  • Report results and learnings to clients

Requirements

  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • A / B testing tools (Convert, VWO, Varify)
  • Data analysis (GA4, Hotjar, survey tools)
  • Strong management and communication
