Responsibilities :
Planning and implementation of the Trade Marketing Programs to optimize the profit, sales turnover & market position of the assigned brands
Develop and implement trade marketing strategies aligned with business goals to drive sales across various channels
Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to inform strategy adjustments and identify new growth areas
Manage the trade promotion budget effectively, ensuring cost-effective marketing initiatives support overall objectives
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing, sales, and supply chain efforts, maximizing promotion effectiveness and stock availability
Lead cross-departmental projects, including annual budget planning and digital process improvements
Manage media exposure and digital platform to maximize brand and product awareness
Perform additional tasks as needed
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
2–4 years of relevant experience in trade marketing
Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
Assertive, self-initiative and able to work under pressure
