Accounts Assistant
Job Specification
1) Responsible for daily accounting transactions, AP and IC and filing
2) Prepare vouchers for IC / AP and arrange payment and receipt
3) Prepare of journals and general ledger accounting entries for month end closing
4) Prepare bank reconciliation
5) Expenses report auditing
6) Support with AP team
7) Other ad hoc assignments
Requirement
1) Diploma or LCC Intermediate or above
2) 1-2 years of Accounting experience
3) Fresh graduates are also welcomed
4) Good PC knowledge in Word, Excel and Oracle is advantage
5) Detailed-minded, self-motivated and hardworking
6) Fair in both English and Mandarin
7) Immediate or short notice availability is preferable
