We are looking for a Commis – BBQ (燒味部廚師) based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

As a Commis BBQ (燒味部廚師), we rely on you to :

  • Prepare food orders with high quality and consistency
  • Practices the hygiene and sanitation procedures as per Hotel standards when handling food for restaurant and banquet
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisors

We are looking for someone who has :

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Hotel Industry
  • Skilled in grilling and chopping
  • Knowledge in HACCP & ISO 22000
  • Team spirit with good communication skills
