We are looking for a Commis – BBQ (燒味部廚師) based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!
As a Commis BBQ (燒味部廚師), we rely on you to :
- Prepare food orders with high quality and consistency
- Practices the hygiene and sanitation procedures as per Hotel standards when handling food for restaurant and banquet
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisors
We are looking for someone who has :
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Hotel IndustrySkilled in grilling and choppingKnowledge in HACCP & ISO 22000Team spirit with good communication skills
