The Opportunity
Responsibilities :
Lead the creative vision and development of lighting designs for projects
Develop innovative and technically sound lighting strategies that align with client goals and project requirements.
Oversee all stages of design, from concept through implementation, ensuring the highest standards of quality and creativity.
Maintain knowledge of the latest lighting technologies, trends, and sustainable practices to integrate cutting-edge solutions into designs.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of all deliverables.
Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new project opportunities, building relationships with clients.
Prepare and present proposals to potential clients.
Actively participate in networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings.
Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the team.

Is this role right for you?
Qualifications & Experience required :
Degree in Lighting, Architectural, Interior Design, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
At least 10 years of lighting design experience.
Good communication, presentation and project management skills.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Designer.
