Multi Media & Event Officer / Assistant

Are you passionate about youth culture and eager to contribute to large-scale youth cultural exchange and practical projects? We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team as Multi-media & Event Officers / Assistants. In these roles, you will be responsible for event photography, video editing, designing promotional materials, as well as implementing marketing strategies and utilizing various online platforms to promote our organization's activities.

Requirements :

• 1 - 3 years relevant experience(candidates without sufficient experience may be considered for Assistant grade).
• Proven experience in event photography and video editing.
• Proficiency in multimedia software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or other similar applications.
• Strong design skills and the ability to create compelling visuals and promotional materials.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools and technologies is a plus.
• A keen eye for detail and a creative mindset.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Chinese and English (both spoken and written).
• Knowledge of marketing principles and experience in implementing digital marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and other digital marketing techniques.
• Frequent travel to China is necessary during May to August
