Role Purpose :

As Assistant Office Services Officer, you will be working with the Office Services Department to perform general office administrative functions.

A typical day in this Role :

  • Responsible for full spectrum of office administration functions including daily office administrative operations, office supplies & equipment procurement and facilities management
  • Liaise with the vendor for procurement of the office supplies & equipment procurement
  • Maintain optimal stock level of office supplies & equipment procurement
  • Follow up payment settlement and billing processes in a timely manner
  • Prepare regular expenses and usage reports
  • Support any ad-hoc office duties as assigned
