Responsibilities

  • Deliver prompt and effective support to clients regarding inquiries and issues related to MPF administration, both verbally and in writing
  • Provide professional responses and suggest solutions to customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and follow-up, which may involve gathering additional information or conducting investigations
  • Assist other teams as needed in resolving inquiries or complaints
  • Take on ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Higher diploma or degree holder, or relevant experience in a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in Cantonese and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a definite advantage
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or teller roles
  • Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering high-quality service
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to a service-oriented environment
  • Experience in the MPF sector is a plus
