Job Description
Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt and effective support to clients regarding inquiries and issues related to MPF administration, both verbally and in writing
- Provide professional responses and suggest solutions to customer inquiries
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and follow-up, which may involve gathering additional information or conducting investigations
- Assist other teams as needed in resolving inquiries or complaints
- Take on ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
