The Department
Our Finance Department is responsible for providing financial analysis, planning, control and accounting services to the key business units within the Club. With the Club developing its business to meet new customer needs, Finance is playing an expanded and increasingly proactive role.
We are now looking for a proactive and self-motivated individual to join its Planning and Analysis team to provide analytical support to business units.
The Job
- provide value-added analysis, management reports and financial modelling to support business decisions
- review monthly financial statements to ensure company's financial status is accurately reflected
- monitor financial performances and variance drivers in order to make recommendations to management for improvements
- work closely with stakeholders on annual budget and monthly forecast
- monitor the implementation of internal control policies
- conduct contract review to ensure compliance with internal policies and to protect the best interests of the Club
- support ad-hoc assignment
About You
a degree in accounting, finance or related field with recognised accounting qualificationat least 3 years of solid experience in management accounting and / or financial analysis in a medium to large sized organisation and have experience in financial modellingFamiliar with dashboard creation and management, PowerBI, Tableaustrong analytical, inter-personal and communication skillsability to build rapport with internal customersproficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinesegood computer literacy in using Excel, VBA, Access, Powerpoint, Word, SQL and Hyperion EssbaseCandidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Financial Analyst.
