We are looking for a high-achieving, thorough, and experienced professional to fill our open insurance claims manager role. Our ideal candidate is a motivated collaborator with a track record of success in the insurance industry and effectively manages a multifaceted team.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement claims management processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective claims handling
  • Manage the claims team to ensure that claims are processed accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure that claims are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Monitor claims trends and identify areas for improvement
  • Work with other departments to ensure that claims are handled in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide training and support to claims staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to handle claims effectively
  • Ensure that claims are processed in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, brokers, and reinsurers
  • Ensure that claims data is accurate and up-to-date
  • Manage claims budgets and expenses

Experience

  • Degree holder
  • At least 8 years of experience in claims management in the insurance industry
  • Strong knowledge of claims management processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Strong knowledge in life & health insurance
  • Good understanding on regulatory related to claims management
