职位描述Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications. CPA designation. Minimum 10 years supervisory experience gained from listed MNC. Solid experience in preparing company financial statements and group reporting. Strong experiences working with global headquarter and comfortable participating in meetings outside office hours. Experience in implementing new processes and systems. Knowledge of SAP is mandatory. Advanced level Excel skills are required. In depth knowledge of IFRS. PCA COPA is an advantage. Self-initiative and good interpersonal skills. Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
Job Description
Reporting to Director Accounting, Asia, you will be e responsible for the financial close for Spin Master Asia region. You will also be responsible region’s tax filing and annual audit arrangement, also ensuring the execution of internal control policies, and region’s activities are in compliance with group authorization matrix. What will you work on?
- Responsible for month end closing and meet corporate’s closing deadline.
- Prepare financial statements of local and group level according to IFRS and local accounting standards and Corporate accounting requirement
- Review monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Liaison with external auditors and tax consultants for annual statutory audits and tax filing.
- Ensure business processes and approval are compliance with internal control requirement.
- Support all projects under the Company’s finance transformation projects, business integration and implement new processes and controls.
- Drive process improvements to build efficiency and ensure best practices are employed while leveraging systems, automation, and other solutions as needed.
- Participate in financial and ad hoc reports.
